We live in a medium-sized house from the 30's. Ground floor: Large open plan living-room, 6p dining table, my desk/workspace, kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher), access to garden and shed, extra toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (son and daughter), bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, washbasin, indoor clothes-drying area, dehumidifier), and terrace to dry laundry outside. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with dormer windows (mine and the tenant's), plus 2 walk-in wardrobes (mine and the tenant's, that space is additional to the tenant's 7 m2 personal space), storage space. In the tenant's room: bookshelves, desk, ergonomic seat, single bed, bedding, sheets, storage space. The tenant's room is south facing and has mosquito netting, heated in winter. We have a small garden with table, chairs, and a hammock in summer. There is space for a bike in the shed. Inside the house no shoes are worn, the need to be taken off in the front/back hallway.
