The ground floor apartment, with its own front door, has private rooms available for three guests. As of February 1, 2024, rooms will become available again at Groesbeeksedwarsweg 41 in Nijmegen. These are: *) Room 39-1 is a furnished room of 14 m2. The monthly price is €345, all-inclusive. *) Room 39-2 is a furnished room of 16 m2. The monthly price is €370, all-inclusive. *) Room 39-3 consists of two furnished rooms: room a) 7 m2 and room b) 13.5 m2. The monthly price is €445, all-inclusive. We are currently renovating the ground floor apartment and will be able to add new photos at the end of January.
