The room for rent is the spacious attic room, which includes a separate private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). There's a large 1-person bed (120x200) with side tables and a small built-in cabinet. The shared kitchen is on the ground floor (but we could discuss adding some basics in the attic like a microwave, fridge, ...). The house is near the city center, and on biking distance from the University. There's the beautiful Volkspark within walking distance. It's on a big street but outside of rush hours it's quiet. There's a small garden in the back to stall your bicycle. Access to the attic room is through the living room of the house, which is not optimal but that's the only entrance. So, it's a shared entrance. I prefer shoes-off in my house, at least upstairs.
