Welcome to my lovely little house! Downstairs are the living room, kitchen, and toilet. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms and a small extra room. Additionally, the bathroom is located on the first floor. A large attic can be reached via a retractable ladder. It is ideal for storing belongings, and you are welcome to make use of it. I am offering one of the large bedrooms for rent. It is approximately 14 m2. There are two built-in wardrobes in the room, as well as an extra cupboard, a chair, a floor lamp, and a rug. Regarding the loose furniture, you may indicate whether you would like to use it or prefer to bring your own. Only the cupboard cannot be removed, but it may be moved. A new laminate floor will be installed in the room before the rental starts. There is a garage in the garden where you can store your bicycle. Because I am often away during the day and do not have the heating downstairs on unnecessarily, I am not sure if the heating in the room will be warm enough. Tip: arrange for an electric heater so you definitely won't be left in the cold. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are simple but tidy and have everything you need! You are expected to bring your own kitchen utensils and crockery. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Shops are nearby and there are good public transport connections. Nature can also be found close by.
