I can ask you sometimes to give me a hand and carry something heavy up- or down the stairs though. This won't take more than half an hour a week. I like quiet life and privacy, but also some socializing in the house. There can be a coffee moment or a chat, either on the couch or just a short moment on the stairs, but for sure it should not be an anonymous tenant-ship.
