I (Ruben) am looking for a new housemate for a spacious family home in a quiet neighborhood, with shops and everything you need close by. Wageningen University, the CHE, and Ede-Wageningen station are easily accessible. About the room * The room is 12 m². * Furnished: bed, desk, wardrobe, and mirror. * The room can be locked. * Located on the first floor. * Facing east. * Radiator in the room. About the house We will soon be living here as a trio. So you are not just renting a room, but also sharing a lot of nice living space. Think of: * A spacious open kitchen. * A large, bright living room. * A deep garden where you can sit comfortably. * Bathroom and separate toilet. * Washing machine and dryer. * Storage for bike and belongings. We like to work hard, but we certainly enjoy socializing too. Eating together, having a drink, or just doing your own thing: it’s all possible. We think it is important to keep the house tidy together — without having to be super strict, of course. It is still a student house. Who we are looking for A student or someone who has just started working and is looking for a cozy, quiet house where we can live together. Not a party house, but certainly not boring either.
