The studio is spacious and adjacent to a study room. It has a private entrance in the backyard. Also attached to the room (at the entrance) is a greenhouse, which the tenant can use to sit in. The owner has to maintain the greenhouse, so now and then, the owner will be working there. We prefer to rent the studio to someone from abroad, preferably one person, but two can be an option. In the price of the rent, electricity is not included. It is measured and paid separately.
