2nd floor of a terraced house in a quiet neighborhood, with view over the street and a little dog walking park. There is a large recreational park nearby (Kardinge) with many sports facilities (gym, climbing, cricket, tennis, football, golf, mountain biking, swimming, wakeboarding, ice skating), a viewpoint from Kardingerbult and a small patch of forest. I'd say the park features many aesthetic views. The garden is partially rewilded but also contains strawberries, gooseberries, blackberries, raspberries, redcurrant, grapes and figs in season. The kitchen has basically all the utensils you'll want, living room has a large couch and a dining table (and a piano and a guitar, in case you play). Your own room has looots of secret storage space and is suitable for hoarders. I provide a basic bed of two matrasses, but we can also go to a thrift store together to get a nicer bed if you like. A leather couch is provided if you're willing to compensate for damages that occur during the rental period. The desk and table are yours. The house is a 15-20 min bike ride away from the city center, partially through a long and wide bicycle-priority street, good access to university, especially to the UMCG (10-15 min)
