Welcome: I have 2 small rooms each 8m2 see pictures. Together for 700 (including central heat evenings /bed/table/lamp/washmachine/kitchengas-use, cleaning shared areas etc). The quiet beachvillage of Muiderberg in Natura 2000 area is a dream in summer; hiking, kiting, surfing, sup, sailing, swimming, yoga. Its a beautifull 20km bike-ride along the lake to downtown. In winter biking in storm and rain is physical strenuous to keep you fit, but there is a busstop 110 next door to bring you to either a speedbus station Muiden or trainstation Weesp were a train to Amsterdam goes. Connection only once each hour and NO nightbus. Total traveltime 45 minutes to Central Station You live and share kitchen/bathroom with me and maybe 1 more student. Sometimes the attic is rented out to airbnb guests, but they only sometimes share kitchen. I am a physiotherapist teaching at Amsterdam University Applied Sciences. To make connection I like to share dinner once a week in my private livingroom, but that is not a must. If you need help finding your way in Amsterdam/Utrecht I will be there for you. I have a guitar, piano and love to sing, but mostly Im a quiet person doing outdoor (water)sports. My kids are grown-up and I/m looking for a quiet, friendly person with humor. Wifi is reasonable, but needs an upgrade if you are a gamer, so please bring your own unlimited data. I advise you to study daily al lot at university or the library to be close to your studyfriends to get best grades and have company.
