The apartment is located in Nijmegen East. Centrally located and in a very popular neighborhood in Nijmegen. Within cycling and walking distance of the city center. The university and hospitals are within reasonable distance. Close to nature and a swimming pool (within walking distance). The apartment has a small garden at the front and back because it is located on the ground floor. It is nice and spacious for one person. For two people, it is a bit cramped; there is one bedroom with a small double bed (bed dimensions: 120x200cm). Because I do not want to leave the apartment empty AND I want to leave my cats in good hands, it is important that the person who wants to rent this apartment loves cats and gives them attention (a female and a male), takes care of their food and drink, and cleans the litter box daily; otherwise, they will go somewhere else to do their "business." Cat pee on the bed or on the furniture is the last thing you want, right? In other words, taking care of my pets. The male cat is a friend to everyone; the female cat is very shy but a super sweet little cat. Furthermore, the supermarket is within walking distance.
