A lovely, fully furnished room in a spacious detached house in Reitdiep, within walking distance of Zernike Campus. The room is approximately 12 m² and the bathroom 4 m², offering the great advantage of having your own kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. This provides you with a great deal of independence and privacy, while still being part of a household. The house is located approximately 1.4 km from Zernike Campus and there are good public transport connections to the city center. The Reitdiep neighborhood is green, quiet, and has shops and other amenities nearby. The room is rented furnished, including a bed and wardrobe space. Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included. You can also make use of a small part of the garden. I live in the house myself, partly together with my boyfriend, and my three daughters, aged 13, 11, and 10, are with me every other week. We also have a cat. So it can sometimes be lively and fun here, but because you have your own facilities, you really have your own space. I am preferably looking for a female student who is neat, independent, and reliable, and is looking for a nice place to live in Groningen for the long term.
