Do not expect modern luxury here, but rather a functional and authentic base that works perfectly well. Heating costs: Because the property is not optimally insulated for the cold months, heating costs can run quite high in the winter. Renting out in the winter is certainly possible, but in that case, these energy costs are entirely at the tenant's expense. Are you looking for a lovely place for just the warmer spring and summer months? That is also possible in consultation! The space & facilities (partially furnished): Furnishings: The space is already partially furnished for you with a few cupboards and a cozy wood stove. In consultation, we can also set up a bed, and a basic set of crockery and glasses is available. We are happy to coordinate this flexibly with you! Outdoor living: We have a beautiful large plot. In consultation, we will determine which part of the garden we make fully available for your own privacy and comfort to enjoy sitting outside. There is also a shared storage area for, for example, your bicycle or for storage.
